This Catalogue of Pictures by the Glasgow Painters: Exhibition Held Under the Auspices of the Toronto Art Museum and the Ontario Society of Artists; Open at the Art Galleries (Classic Reprint) book is not really ordinary book, you have it then the world is in your hands. The work of artist and author Alasdair Gray will be exhibited in London for the first time. In fact, that’s a condensed version of Gray’s contribution to culture. Born in Riddrie, he graduated from Glasgow School of Art and became a novelist, playwright, poet, muralist, illustrator, pamphleteer and literary historian. The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) has earned a prestigious reputation for hosting some of the biggest events in the U.K. The different buildings that comprise the center are unmistakable sights on the riverside, their contemporary metallic architecture fitting in with the ultra-modern waterfront, which also features two stylish museums.
